Large Flow Capacity, Extremely Low Fluid Resistance

Adopting a thin disc design, when fully open, the disc is flush with the inner wall of the pipeline, allowing smooth fluid flow. The flow resistance is much lower than that of stainless steel gate valves and globe valves. Large-flow delivery can be achieved without additional power, especially ideal for large-diameter pipelines (DN50–DN1000), such as wastewater treatment plants and power plant circulating water pipelines. It ensures flow demand, reduces energy consumption and greatly improves pipeline operation efficiency.

Lightweight Design, Space-Saving & Easy Installation

The overall structure is simple and thin, with only 1/3 the volume of gate valves and globe valves of the same specification. It is lightweight and space-saving, especially suitable for pipelines in dense or restricted installation spaces (such as chemical workshops and ship engine rooms).

Two mainstream connection types are available: flanged and wafer. Installation requires no complex fixing and can be quickly completed by 2–3 workers, greatly saving construction time and labor costs.

The body is made of high-purity 304 or 316 stainless steel. The disc and seat undergo special anti-corrosion treatment, effectively resisting corrosion from acid, alkali, salt spray, seawater, sewage and other corrosive media, without rust, jamming or aging.

It operates stably in seawater desalination pipelines, chemical corrosive medium pipelines and sewage treatment pipelines, with a service life of 8–10 years, greatly reducing replacement and maintenance costs.

Three operation modes are available: manual, electric and pneumatic.

The manual type can be fully opened or closed with only a 90° rotation, featuring light and fast response, ideal for high-frequency switching scenarios (such as water supply & drainage scheduling and chemical reactor feed control).

Electric and pneumatic types support remote control and automatic operation without manual supervision, suitable for industrial automated production lines to improve control efficiency.

Reliable Sealing, No Leakage Risks

The seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, fitting closely with the disc for excellent sealing performance, completely eliminating dripping and leakage to ensure safe and stable operation of the pipeline system.
