High-Quality Material, Durable

Made of high-purity 304 or 316 stainless steel through strict material inspection and screening, effectively removing impurities to ensure high toughness and hardness of the whole valve.They can resist corrosion from acid, alkali, salt spray, humid air and various corrosive fluids, completely solving the pain points of ordinary valves such as easy rusting, damage and short service life.

Whether in ship pipelines exposed to seawater for a long time or industrial pipelines transporting corrosive chemical media, the valves operate stably. Their service life is 5–7 times longer than ordinary check valves, greatly reducing users’ replacement cost and maintenance effort.

Automatic Opening & Closing, Safe and Convenient

Available in two structures: swing type and lift type.No manual operation is required. The disc is opened completely by the forward pressure of the fluid in the pipeline. When backflow occurs, the disc closes automatically under its own gravity and backflow pressure, quickly blocking the backflow channel.

With fast response, no jamming and no delay, they effectively prevent equipment damage and material waste caused by fluid backflow, reduce manual monitoring cost, and improve the safety and convenience of pipeline system operation.

Tight Sealing, Stable Operation

The disc and seat adopt precision grinding technology, and the sealing surfaces are mirror-polished with extremely high fitting degree. The sealing performance is far better than ordinary check valves, which can completely eliminate dripping, leakage and backflow, ensuring the tightness and stability of the pipeline system.

Meanwhile, the optimized internal structure reduces fluid resistance, with low noise and small vibration during operation. The valves can run stably for a long time under complex working conditions without deformation or jamming, suitable for various fluid transportation requirements.

High Temperature & Pressure Resistance, Wide Adaptability

Through special heat treatment, the valves have excellent high temperature and pressure resistance.They can operate stably under a working pressure of 0.6–20 MPa and a working temperature range of -40°C to 420°C, unaffected by high temperature, high pressure or sudden temperature changes.

The valve stem and disc are integrally formed of stainless steel, featuring high tensile, wear and impact resistance. They can withstand long-term impact of high-pressure fluid, ensuring flexible opening and closing and stable performance, adapting to complex working conditions in different industries.

Easy Installation & Maintenance

The overall design is simple and compact, with moderate size and light weight.Three connection types are available: flanged, threaded and welded, which can be flexibly selected according to actual pipeline conditions. Installation and disassembly can be completed quickly without special complex tools, greatly improving construction efficiency.

Daily maintenance is extremely convenient: only regular inspection of the opening and closing flexibility of the disc and cleaning of the sealing surface are required, without frequent disassembly and overhaul, effectively saving maintenance time and labor cost.
