GB Swing Check Valves

Also known as non-return valves or one-way valves, GB Swing Check Valves are fully automatic pipeline protection valves that open and close entirely by medium pressure, with no manual operation or external power needed.

Adopting an integrated built-in rocker swing structure, key opening and closing components including discs, pin shafts and rocker arms are all enclosed inside the valve body without exposed transmission parts, effectively reducing external leakage and delivering excellent sealing performance.The straight-through flow channel design lowers flow resistance and pressure loss, ideal for large-flow pipeline conditions. Hard alloy surfacing is optional for the seat sealing surface to greatly enhance wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resistance, extending service life. Manufactured in full compliance with national standards, it is a standard one-way protection accessory for pipeline systems.

Working Principle

Bolaisi stainless steel GB Swing Check Valves realize fully automatic opening and closing relying on medium pressure difference and disc self-weight, without external power or manual intervention, featuring sensitive response and reliable protection.

Forward Opening & Conduction

When the inlet pressure is higher than the outlet pressure, the forward thrust of fluid overcomes the disc self-weight and reverse pressure difference to push the disc open. The disc rotates and lifts around the fixed internal pin shaft to fully unblock the pipeline for stable forward fluid delivery.

Automatic Reverse Closing (Anti-backflow Protection)

When the front water pump stops, fluid flow cuts off, or outlet pressure exceeds inlet pressure, the combined force of reverse pressure difference and disc self-weight drives the disc to quickly reset and tightly fit the valve seat for complete shut-off. It thoroughly blocks fluid backflow and automatically avoids equipment damage, process failures and potential safety hazards caused by reverse flow.
