Unchanged Aspirations, Forever Young at Heart

Tribute to the Founder of Bolaisi Valve, who has always been passionate about the valve industry

Some say time brings composure, yet may not preserve passion. At our company, we have a vibrant and enthusiastic leader — Ms. Zhang Yanrong, Founder of Bolaisi Valve. Born in the 1970s, she has dedicated decades to valve manufacturing, weathering industry ups and downs and witnessing market shifts. To all our employees, she never carries the weariness of middle age, always retaining the lively mindset of youth.

At work, she is meticulous and fully accountable. She never compromises on product quality. From valve body materials, machining processes, assembly and pressure testing, to order details and customer working condition communication, she remains hands-on and maintains strict control. Adhering to her original aspiration for quality over decades, she has built the factory’s reputation and earned trust from overseas markets through professionalism and rigorous standards.

Away from work, she shows a completely different side. At the age of fifty, she keeps a mindset like that of post-2000s generations. Free from the airs of a boss and generation gaps, she embraces innovative thinking with a relaxed, cheerful personality. She laughs and interacts easily with young team members, understands their ideas, respects their individuality, and is ready to listen, communicate and integrate with the team. In her, we see the finest state of being: grounded by years of experience, yet forever youthful inside.

Free from rigidity, conservatism and stubbornness, she keeps learning, maintains an open vision and youthful energy. Her sincere and easy-going personality warms the whole team; with a rigorous and pragmatic attitude, she leads the company forward steadily. The best corporate culture does not lie merely in rules and regulations, but in the leader’s perpetual youthful and progressive spirit.

Moving forward, we will stay positive, uphold craftsmanship and quality, further explore global markets, and serve every customer at home and abroad with sincerity, professionalism and vitality.
