Confirm installation & flow direction
Ensure vertical pipeline installation with medium flowing vertically upward.Horizontal or inclined installation is strictly prohibited, otherwise it will cause disc failure and sealing leakage.Stainless Steel Vertical Check Valves are only suitable for vertical conditions.
Match standard & pressure class
Select corresponding PN/Class according to GB or ANSI pipeline system (e.g. GB PN16, ANSI Class150).Ensure pressure rating matches pipeline design pressure to avoid overpressure operation.
Sealing type selection
Metal hard seal for high temperature (>200℃), particle-containing or high-wear media.Soft seal for medium & low temperature (≤200℃) and clean media, achieving near-zero leakage to fit different media characteristics.

Operation & Maintenance Notes
1 Installation Notes
● Install strictly vertically, ensure medium flow direction is consistent with the “upward arrow” mark on the body. Horizontal or inclined installation is prohibited.
● Before installation, verify valve model, pressure class, material and diameter match the pipeline. Check body, disc and guiding mechanism for damage. Manually push disc to confirm flexible lifting without jamming.
● Reserve maintenance space above the valve for subsequent disassembly of bonnet, removal of disc and guiding mechanism.
2 Routine Maintenance
● Regularly inspect connections and bonnet sealing during operation; tighten bolts or replace seals in case of leakage.
● Periodically disassemble and clean impurities and dirt inside the valve, check guiding mechanism flexibility. Inspect spring elasticity for spring-loaded type and replace in time if attenuated.
● Operate upstream valve slowly to increase medium pressure and flow gradually, avoiding instant high-pressure impact on the disc to prevent component damage.
3 Restart after Long-term Shutdown
Before restart, manually push disc to confirm flexible opening/closing. Check for no blockage inside the valve. After confirmation, introduce medium slowly to avoid component jamming causing sealing failure or opening/closing faults.
