Structure & Working Principle

The valve consists of a stainless steel body with insulation jacket, stainless steel ball, seat, stem, packing, and connection ends.

● Rotate the ball 0°–90° to achieve on-off and flow regulation.

● The insulation jacket circulates steam, thermal oil, or uses thermal insulation material to maintain stable internal temperature.

● Vacuum jacket version is specially designed for ultra-low temperature conditions down to -196℃.

Installation, Operation & Maintenance

● Install horizontally to ensure jacket flow is unobstructed.

● Preheat or precool the valve before startup to avoid thermal shock.

● Check for leaks regularly at flanges, packing, and jacket connections.

● Lubricate stem bearings every 3–6 months with high-temperature grease.

● Drain jacket medium before long-term shutdown.
