  At 1:30 p.m. on October 6, 2026, a coach carrying more than 30 guests rolled slowly into the factory grounds — a delegation from Henan, the industry's celebrated "Hometown of Valves," had arrived at Bolaise right on schedule. As the doors opened, what began was an industry rendezvous spanning a thousand miles: a sincere visit that placed its trust in the workshop and left the answers to the machines.

     From a Raw Casting to a Finished Valve

    Led by Bolaise's valve sales manager, the delegation followed the product's most authentic "growth path" every step of the way:

— Shot blasting area, where a set of raw castings sheds its roughness to reveal the true lustre of metal, laying the very first foundation of quality;

— Machining workshop, where drilling, turning and grinding are carried out with every procedure strictly executed to standard;

— Assembly area, where individual parts are finally given a "relationship" — clearances, torque, and an uncompromising insistence on precision measured in millimetre, all of which determine a valve's reliability for the decade to come;

— Pressure testing area, the quietest yet most charged stage of all, where shell tests and sealing tests are conducted. This is the decisive step that determines whether a valve earns its "passport" to leave the factory.
