    Today we step into the first-floor production plant of Zhejiang Bolaisi Valve Co., Ltd. We casually capture authentic workshop production footage, allowing customers at home and abroad to get a direct view of our real valve manufacturing environment.

    This video was filmed on the first floor of the processing factory of Zhejiang Bolaisi Valve Co., Ltd. At the beginning of the video, you can see raw castings and semi-finished valve bodies with partially machined components. The first-floor workshop covers multiple working procedures including flange surface machining, flange drilling, valve body sand blasting and valve pressure testing. Workers at each post perform their respective duties and carry out all valve machining procedures in an orderly manner. From precision machining of valve bodies and assembly of accessories to preliminary inspection of finished products, every process is assigned to dedicated staff with standardized operations throughout the whole production. There is no staged shooting or set layout; all footage shows the daily real production status in our factory.
