Overview
The Bolaisi American Standard Flanged Globe Valve is a force-sealed industrial valve. It completes opening and closing actions through the vertical lifting movement of the valve disc, and realizes media on-off control or precise flow regulation by adjusting the clearance between the valve disc and the valve seat. This globe valve adopts a fixed unidirectional flow design, with media entering from the lower passage and exiting from the upper passage of the valve body. Its main structure consists of valve body, valve bonnet, valve stem, valve disc, sealing surface, packing and driving device. With reliable performance and wide adaptability, the Bolaisi ANSI Flanged Globe Valve is widely applicable to harsh working conditions in petroleum, natural gas, oil refining, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other core industrial fields.

Working Principle
The Bolaisi ANSI Flanged Globe Valve realizes on-off control and flow regulation through a stable mechanical transmission structure. The handwheel rotation drives the valve stem, which makes the valve disc move vertically along the center line of the valve seat, thus changing the opening degree of the valve seat flow channel.
● Opening Operation: Rotate the handwheel counterclockwise, the valve stem drives the valve disc to lift and move away from the valve seat, and the flow channel is fully unobstructed.
● Closing Operation: Rotate the handwheel clockwise, the valve disc is tightly pressed onto the valve seat with sufficient sealing specific pressure, to completely block the medium flow.
● Sealing Mechanism: The reliable sealing performance is guaranteed by the dual action of the valve stem thrust and the medium self-tightening force. For this series, small diameter models (DN15~DN200) adopt the standard unidirectional low-inlet and high-outlet flow design, with large diameter models covering the range of DN250~DN400.
